NOVA PRIVACY POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

NOVA is a software application operated under the CYBERFALKEN-NEURONET AI System by CYBERFALKEN, based in London, England, United Kingdom.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, processed, stored and protected when users access and use NOVA.

This Policy is intended to comply with applicable United Kingdom data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller responsible for personal data processed through NOVA is CYBERFALKEN, London, England, United Kingdom.

3. INFORMATION WE PROCESS

Depending on how NOVA is used, we may process account information such as email addresses, authentication tokens, internal user identifiers, session information and account-security information.

We may also process technical information including device model, operating system version, application version, diagnostic information, crash information, network information, security events and error logs.

Information voluntarily submitted to NOVA may include text, voice or speech input, images, documents, files and other supported multimodal content.

This information is processed in order to provide the NOVA functionality requested by the user and generate relevant artificial intelligence responses.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Personal information may be processed for user authentication, account management, artificial intelligence response generation, application functionality, security monitoring, abuse prevention, technical troubleshooting, performance and reliability improvements and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

CYBERFALKEN does not sell personal data.

CYBERFALKEN does not profile users for behavioural advertising and does not use personal data for behavioural advertising or advertising-based monetisation.

5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Personal data may be processed where necessary to provide NOVA services requested by the user under Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR.

Information may also be processed under Article 6(1)(f) where necessary for legitimate interests including service operation, system security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and reliability.

Information may be processed under Article 6(1)(c) where necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Where consent is required by law for a particular processing activity, consent may be requested separately and may be withdrawn where applicable.

6. SPECIAL CATEGORY DATA

NOVA is not specifically designed to request special category personal data.

However, users may voluntarily provide information within text, speech, images, documents or other content that could constitute special category data.

Where such information is processed, it will only be processed as necessary to provide functionality explicitly requested by the user or where another lawful purpose applies.

Where an additional condition under Article 9 of the UK GDPR is required, an appropriate condition will be applied.

7. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PROCESSING

NOVA connects to backend artificial intelligence infrastructure operating under the CYBERFALKEN-NEURONET AI System.

User inputs may include text, audio, images, documents, files and other supported information. These inputs may be processed by artificial intelligence models in order to understand user requests and generate responses.

Artificial intelligence systems generate responses using computational models, contextual processing, pattern recognition and probability.

Personal information is not sold to third parties, is not provided to advertising networks for behavioural advertising and is not used to train unrelated third-party artificial intelligence systems.

8. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

CYBERFALKEN may use supporting services where necessary to operate NOVA. These may include infrastructure, network, communications, transactional email, application distribution, Android platform, security and diagnostic services.

NOVA may rely on Google Play and standard Android system services for application distribution and supported device functionality.

Information independently processed by third-party services may be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

NOVA does not currently integrate advertising SDKs.

9. DATA RETENTION

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain account functionality, provide requested services, protect system security, resolve technical issues, comply with applicable legal obligations and support legitimate operational requirements.

Information that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymised.

Inactive accounts may be subject to deletion in accordance with applicable retention practices.

10. DATA SECURITY

CYBERFALKEN applies technical and organisational security measures designed to protect information processed through NOVA.

These measures may include encrypted communications, secure authentication, device-protected credentials, token-based access controls, controlled infrastructure access, system monitoring and infrastructure-level security protections.

No digital system can guarantee absolute security, but CYBERFALKEN applies reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss.

11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Where personal information is processed or infrastructure is operated outside the United Kingdom, appropriate safeguards will be applied where required by UK data protection law.

12. YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, users may have the right to access their personal data, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, request restriction of processing, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where applicable and request data portability where applicable.

Users may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Identity verification may be required before certain data protection requests can be fulfilled.

13. AGE REQUIREMENT

NOVA is intended for users aged eighteen years or older.

NOVA is not intended for persons under the age of eighteen and CYBERFALKEN does not knowingly provide NOVA accounts to children under eighteen.

If information relating to a person below the permitted age is identified, appropriate steps may be taken to restrict the account and remove the information where required.

14. COOKIES AND TRACKING

The NOVA mobile application does not use traditional browser cookies for normal application operation.

Associated CYBERFALKEN websites and web services may operate under separate website privacy or cookie policies where applicable.

NOVA does not currently use advertising tracking or behavioural advertising technologies.

15. ACCOUNT DELETION

Users may request or initiate deletion of their NOVA account through supported account-management functionality.

Account deletion may result in deletion or anonymisation of associated personal information, except where certain information must lawfully be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or other legitimate purposes.

16. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to NOVA, CYBERFALKEN services, infrastructure, security practices, applicable law or data-processing practices.

Material changes will be reflected by an updated Effective Date.

Where required by applicable law, users may also be notified through NOVA or another appropriate communication method.
