SCOPE OF PROCESSING

NOVA connects to backend infrastructure operated under the CYBERFALKEN system.
User inputs, including text, audio, and images, are processed for the sole purpose of generating AI responses.
We confirm that personal data is not sold to third parties, not shared with advertising networks, not used to train third-party AI systems, and not used for unrelated commercial profiling.
Processing occurs within secured infrastructure controlled or contracted by Baglio International Trading Ltd.
