These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the NOVA mobile application (“NOVA”), operated under the CYBERFALKEN system by Baglio International Trading Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales, United Kingdom, registered in London, United Kingdom.
By downloading, accessing, or using NOVA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the application.
- DEFINITIONS
“NOVA” refers to the mobile application and associated backend AI infrastructure.
“Company” refers to Baglio International Trading Ltd.
“User” refers to any individual accessing or using NOVA.
- ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or possess legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to use NOVA.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of NOVA complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Access to NOVA may require user authentication.
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of login credentials, and accept responsibility for activity occurring under your account.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where security concerns, policy violations, or unlawful activity are identified.
- NATURE OF SERVICE
NOVA provides AI-generated responses based on user-submitted input.
AI responses are probabilistic in nature and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for specific purposes.
The service does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Users remain solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated output.
- ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use NOVA for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, disrupt, or compromise system infrastructure.
You must not submit malicious content or use the service to generate unlawful material.
Violation of these provisions may result in account suspension or termination.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All software, branding, system architecture, design, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Baglio International Trading Ltd.
Users retain ownership of their own submitted input data.
The Company does not claim ownership over user-generated content submitted through the service.
- AI SYSTEM LIMITATIONS
NOVA operates using artificial intelligence models that generate outputs based on pattern recognition and probability.
The Company makes no guarantee regarding factual accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Use of NOVA is at the User’s own risk.
- SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of NOVA without prior notice.
Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain service stability, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
- DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is handled in accordance with the NOVA Privacy Policy.
Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy prior to using the service.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baglio International Trading Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses arising from the use of NOVA.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, opportunity, or reliance on AI-generated output.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
- INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baglio International Trading Ltd from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of NOVA or breach of these Terms.
- TERMINATION
The Company may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, unlawful activity is detected, or system security is at risk.
Users may discontinue use at any time.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with NOVA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- AMENDMENTS
These Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of NOVA after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
